IMFIRE “H” Horizontal FireShield

FireShield-H “Horizontal” automatic fire curtain is designed to prevent fire and smoke from passing from one part of the building to another in case of fire. It is installed in ceiling cavities and floor cavities. The curtain moves in the horizontal direction.

Fire resistance limit:
– E120 (no irrigation),

When the alarm signal works, the motor placed in the small box sends the separator strip and the curtain to the trap over the rails with the help of the rope system, thus closing the gap. The gap closing speed is 0.15 – 0.20 m/s on average and can be adjusted according to preference. It is possible to provide backup power from the battery for the system in case of power outage.

Each of the boxes consists of three curved strips made of galvanized sheet steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm and a length of 3 meters. In the manufacture of long curtains they are combined with each other. Both ends of the boxes are closed with lids to provide the necessary sealing. The side covers also provide sensing of shaft motor torque. The dimensions of the boxes depend on the dimensions of the closed space.

Color – can be selected from the RAL chart or can be galvanized steel.

RAIL
It is made of sheet steel. Main profile thickness is 2 mm, casing thickness is 1.5 mm. Section dimensions 80x 060 mm.

ASSEMBLY
As standard, the system is mounted in the cavity. Other options are possible as needed; however, the fire resistance degree of the construction on which the curtain is mounted must be higher than the fire resistance degree of the curtain.
